By accessing or using StaySmart, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservation Policy
  • All reservations are subject to room availability at the time of booking.
  • Guests must provide accurate and up-to-date information during booking.
  • Overbooking or double booking is strictly prohibited and will be resolved by hotel management.
3. Payment and Billing
  • Secure online transactions are required for confirmed bookings.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods are provided.
  • Refunds and cancellations follow the hotel’s applicable cancellation policy.
4. Guest Responsibilities
  • Guests must comply with hotel rules and regulations during their stay.
  • Any misuse of the system, including fraudulent bookings, may result in account suspension.
5. Staff Responsibilities
  • Staff must use the system only within their assigned roles (Admin, Front Desk, Housekeeping, etc.).
  • Unauthorized access to or misuse of guest data is strictly prohibited.
6. System Usage
  • StaySmart is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service.
  • The system may undergo updates, maintenance, or downtime.
  • Users must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • The hotel and system developers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from system downtime, errors, or third-party services.
8. Amendments
  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically.
  • Continued use of StaySmart after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
